AI at Eatsboard

AI supports weekly plans, recipes, profile summaries and the assistant. Its output is treated as suggestions and may be incomplete or incorrect.

Your control

External AI processing is enabled only after separate consent and can be withdrawn with effect for the future. OpenAI processes text and image requests; xAI processes image requests. Eatsboard transmits the context intended for the requested feature. Health-related information requires separate consent.

The catalog, manual planning and shopping list work without health or AI consent. Permission is required before the relevant processing. All AI features, including scans and image generation, still require separate health and AI consents. Without health consent, no current personal allergy check takes place; manual plans do not guarantee an allergen-free meal. Nutrition tracking and the automatic use of tracking for the Guide each require additional consent and activation. Allergies may continue to be processed within the permitted profile context when tracking is disabled.

Your own texts and images may contain health information that you provide voluntarily. When tracking access is disabled, contexts automatically derived from tracking are not reused. Unresolved older contexts are excluded from automatic reuse. Export, account deletion and subscription management remain accessible.

Further AI calls are blocked after withdrawal, and work in progress is cancelled where possible. Data already sent cannot be retrieved.

Safety limits

AI output is not medical advice. Check ingredients, allergens, quantities and preparation yourself; consult qualified professionals for health questions.
